The Scouts MA is India's own mother agency, built only for the global market. We were a mother agency from day one, not a commercial agency that took on the role after a single international placement. Every model is hand-picked through a strict selection process against international standards, and we represent only those with the aptitude for a global career. Our work covers scouting, development, global placements and model management. Our development approach comes from the book Model Mentor: An Insider's Guide to Becoming a Fashion Model. We scout across India and beyond, never charge models a fee at any stage, and have placed talent with agencies including Elite Paris and Success Models Paris. We choose quality over quantity, and we speak openly for ethics and transparency in model management.
